I never really believed that Aspartame was bad intill i saw this video.Aspartame Is An artificial sweetener. I found out.Aspartame,Nutrasweet is a brain drug that stimulates your brain so you think that the food you're eating tastes sweet. After you take it it makes othere thigs taste sweet too. Thats why Aspartame,Nutrasweet causes you to crave carbohydrates.Plus it doesnt make you loose wight..
